Area of artistic expression

The Area of Artistic Education integrates art as an important part of the everyday activity and covers Plastic Education, Musical Education, and Drama Game. Its general objective aims that children appreciate the beauty in everything, trying to convert the environment which surrounds us into a thing of beauty.

The Plastic Workshop is the place where the hand and the mind are exercised, perception, graphic, pictorial and modelling application is tuned. The pupil is made aware of good taste and aesthetic sense, and carries out complementary projects of the class activities, looking for motivations and new approaches and experimenting with a varied range of instruments, techniques and working materials.

The Area of Musical Education proposes that the pupil appreciates the sonorous realities produced by their own voice and musical instruments via their activate participation in auditions and interpretations, developing attention, comprehension and enjoyment of sounds, melodies and songs.

The Drama Game combines the elements of body gesture, voice, space and scene time to express and communicate ideas, feelings and experiences. Its general objective consists in expressing and representing for others and for one's self.
